Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return request must be raised with order ID and images (if required)
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)
- Innerwear or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
Refund Process
- Once the return is approved and received, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- COD orders will receive refund via bank transfer or UPI
Return Shipping
- If the product is defective or wrong item delivered, return shipping will be free
- Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply
